Ten from Ted: Japan Mission, Fighting Antisemitism in Sports, and Impact of NYC’s Mayoral Election

I just got back from a Mission to Japan, where AJC strengthened the U.S.-Japan alliance, advanced Israel’s place in the world, and supported the local Jewish community. We reflected on the toll of war in Hiroshima and held high-level meetings in Tokyo on democratic values and the President's 20-point peace plan. I joined our partners, the Blue Square Alliance Against Hate, at Gillette Stadium to speak to team owners, athletes, and sports executives about our collective fight against antisemitism in sports and our communities. We address the Impact of the NYC Mayoral Election and Mayor-elect Mamdani's problematic rhetoric—from refusing to condemn "globalize the intifada" to threatening Israeli tech partnerships.
