AJC Sharon Greene Award for Campus Advocacy: Jonathan Iadarola | Australasian Union

At AJC Global Forum 2026, the AJC Sharon Greene Award for Campus Advocacy was presented to Jonathan Iadarola, Class of 2027 at Adelaide University, representing the Australasian Union of Jewish Students. Created in memory of Sharon Greene—a social worker, mother, and passionate advocate for Jewish life—the award honors student leaders who embody courage, resilience, and Jewish pride in the face of rising antisemitism on college campuses. Presented by Dr. Alison Greene, Dana Greene, and Joshua Greene—children of Sharon Greene—Jonathan was recognized for his leadership and dedication to strengthening Jewish life and standing up to antisemitism in Australia and beyond. At a time of growing challenges for Jewish students around the world, Jonathan’s advocacy highlights the importance of resilience, community, and unapologetic Jewish pride.
