What Google announces on its DeepMind platform called “Veo 2” is both amazing and motivating. As a designer, I am creative and still looking for extraordinary ideas. However, time and financial aspects are often the reason why you have to keep moving on conventional tracks. Who can blame the decision-makers - after all, money doesn't grow on trees. AI image creation is a first step towards pushing this boundary towards feasibility. But only with AI video platforms such as Veo 2, Sora, Kling 1.6, Minimax (Hailuo), Runway Gen-3 Alpha, Pika or Luma do great visions come within reach. However, if you take a closer look at the range of possibilities, some technical features remain challenging. For example (see Veo 2, “Muscle Car”), the tires of a car driving straight ahead are at an angle. While moving, a pickup truck suddenly turns into a station wagon. The prompt sequence is significantly optimized (especially in Kling 1.6) - but there is still room for improvement. In particular, it would make sense to consider a standardized prompt system (similar to that used for sockets) so that you don't have to constantly adjust the variables. It is obvious that the best possible output cannot be generated in this way. But: AI video is great.
