Midjourney’s highest quality level is here – and it changes everything. I work with Midjourney almost every day and thought I knew all the features. But this update truly surprised me. The prompt addition --q 4 (or --quality 4) delivers visibly sharper textures, finer details, and better lighting – whether you're generating portraits, products, food, animals, or abstract designs. Just add it at the end of your prompt. In this video, I’ll show you direct comparisons – image by image, prompt by prompt. The difference is hard to ignore. If you skip this feature, you're missing a serious upgrade. Note: Higher quality comes at a cost – I suspect Midjourney uses significantly more Fast Hours for --q 4.
