Artificial Analysis - Blueberry vs FLUX.1 vs Midjourney.

Today we are going to discuss the individual models. The website ArtificialAnalysis.ai helps with this, as users can “anonymously” rate images and thus help to place the results of the individual AI platforms more objectively. If you take a closer look at this website, you will notice that there are some interesting players alongside Midjourney: FLUX.1, Ideogram – and a newer model that currently goes by the name “Blueberry”. If you monitor the media, this unofficial model gives rise to plenty of speculation. Some speculate it might be linked to OpenAI. Others think it could already be FLUX.2 – but there is no official confirmation of either. If you take the time to compare the individual factors, it is interesting to see how Midjourney (which is still my favorite) performs against the competition. There is still room for improvement. A side note: Naming AI projects these days ranges from creative to crazy. It is not immediately clear to the viewer what a blueberry or strawberry has to do with the creation of images using artificial intelligence. The developers have presumably recognized that the word "Apple" generates both positive emotions and is easily remembered by consumers. If, on the other hand, you translate FLUX, it means something like "fluids" - if you take it further, you could describe it as a "means of transportation" for image creation via AI.
