Owner tried fixing and gave up! Can I get it working again? Pioneer SA-900 Integrated Amp Repair

I'm very happy to have had the opportunity to work on this amp. I don't talk about it enough in the video, but the sound of this thing is quite good. If you have an opportunity to pick one up for a good price, I'd do it.
