With Nest Protect discontinued, I ordered the First Alert smoke and carbon monoxide combo detectors as the replacement Google points you to. I like that they still integrate with Google Home so I can monitor things remotely, even though I’m still waiting on mine because they’re on backorder.

Cons
- -Backordered/shipping delays (in my case)
- -Not the same proven experience I’ve had with Nest Protect yet
