Meatless Meals || Crustless Quiche Recipe || Low Carb

I love this meatless, crustless quiche! It is perfect for a meatfree meal or fasting days. Recipe below ↓↓ Crustless Quiche Recipe Ingredients * 6 eggs * 1 cup of milk * 1 cup of cheese * 1-2 cups of veggies of your choice * Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350˚ F 2. Prepare vegetables by dicing or chopping 3. Combine vegetables, milk, cheese, and egg in a bowl 4. Stir until combined 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Bake for 45-50 minutes 7. Let cool 15-20 minutes before eating. Serve with a side salad or fruit and enjoy!
