hello friends 🥖 i’m finally back with a short year 4 NUS med school vlog because M4 has been super fast paced and i honestly rarely had time to film + edit. in this video i’m sharing my first few postings of the year—ENT, EYE (ophthalmology), and O&G—and what my days look like when i’m bouncing between clinics, tutorials, and squeezing in study time wherever i can (yes, even the staff lounge 🙇🏻‍♀️). you’ll follow along from day 1 of ENT where i sit in for tutorials, learn the flow of clinics, and get a closer look at scopes + basic nasal exam skills. i also pop into ENT OT to see a rhinoplasty, then reset with a chill weekend café moment before starting eye posting—practising confrontational visual fields, attempting fundoscopy, and trying to get the hang of the slit lamp (it’s harder than it looks 🔬). i also share snippets of eye surgeries like cataracts, corneal transplant, and ptosis. to wrap up, i bring you into O&G where things get intense but really meaningful—night calls, episiotomy repair, and helping with deliveries. overall, M4 has a huge breadth but i’ve been enjoying it a lot, and i hope this vlog feels like a quiet little companion if you’re studying too.
